SHIPPING POLICY

1. Rymal Dubai currently ships to the United Arab Emirates and selected international destinations. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

2. Shipping Fees

  • UAE Orders: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all UAE orders.
  • International Orders: Shipping rates will vary depending on the destination. Exact shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

  • UAE: Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.
  • International: Delivery times may vary by region, ranging from 7-14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Duties and Taxes For international shipments, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the appropriate authorities.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • Items marked as “Sale” are not eligible for return.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at manager@rymaldubai.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label for orders within the UAE. International customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    4. Exchanges At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

    5. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the availability of the product.
