SHIPPING POLICY
1. Rymal Dubai currently ships to the United Arab Emirates and selected international destinations. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
2. Shipping Fees
- UAE Orders: Free standard shipping on all orders above AED [X]. For orders under AED [X], a flat-rate shipping fee of AED [X] will be applied.
- International Orders: Shipping rates will vary depending on the destination. Exact shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Times
- UAE: Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.
- International: Delivery times may vary by region, ranging from 7-14 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
5. Duties and Taxes For international shipments, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly to the appropriate authorities.
RETURNS POLICY
At Rymal Dubai, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our returns policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Items marked as “Sale” are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
