Do you ship internationally?

Yes, RYMAL offers domestic shipping within the UAE and international shipping to select destinations through our logistics partner, ARAMEX. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note: not all international countries are available for automatic checkout. If you are ordering from Australia or Asia, please email info@rymaldubai.com for a custom shipping quote.

In regards to international shipping, there are customs and duty's charged upon delivery by our courier service ARAMEX. These customs and duty's fees correspond to your country's import and tax laws. If you would like an estimate please visit this page for an estimate price.

How long does delivery take?

UAE orders typically take 3–7 business days once processed. Order processing usually takes 2–3 business days. International deliveries generally arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on the location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

If you need to update your order, please email info@rymaldubai.com within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, orders cannot be modified or canceled as they are prepared for shipment.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours at info@rymaldubai.com. Once the order has been shipped, address changes are no longer possible.
